About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 6 years of experience in selling 360° marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing services, excellent client acquisition skills, and outstanding English communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities across various industries.
- Sell end-to-end 360° marketing solutions to startups, SMEs, enterprises, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, CXOs, and marketing heads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend customized marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Required Skills

- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
