Role Description The Site Engineer at RAKSHAK HOMES will oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work progresses according to design, safety standards, schedule, and quality requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project managers, as well as monitoring structural and civil works. The Site Engineer will conduct regular inspections, maintain site records, verify material quality, and support resolution of technical issues. The role also includes implementing safety protocols, reporting progress, and supporting timely completion of project milestones.

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing daily construction activities.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering principles and their application in residential construction.
- Candidates should possess a background as civil engineers or in civil engineering, with familiarity in building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, using basic construction tools and measurements, and preparing site reports is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to safety and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
