About the Role:
You own the student journey from the moment a sale is closed to the moment they're fully onboarded and active in class. You're the face of THA for every new student- organised, responsive, and on top of every detail.
What You'll Do:
- Send payment invoices and collect fees on the same day as closure
- Complete full onboarding- receipt, signed agreement, document collection, student ID issuance
- Set up student access on Whop, Notion, and Telegram; configure their dashboard
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-academic student queries
- Coordinate alumni handover when students move to Phase 2
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with a genuine service mindset
- Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple tools simultaneously
- Someone who takes ownership without being chased.
Bonus Points:
Experience in student success, operations, or customer onboarding.
