Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test
plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

Design, develop and execute Performance Test scripts using
open source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough Performance testing.

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing
products to meet client needs

Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product
managers) to identify system requirements

Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train
users to implement solutions

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and
open defect counts

Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Work with development teams across product verticals to own
the rollout of a performance testing framework by using
appropriate tools (JMeter or otherwise) for an AWS based
environment where the products are developed in Ruby and
Ruby on Rails

Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure that the
appropriate perf test environment is provisioned

For each product/service, create performance and
capacity certification metrics

Create a data set for purpose of perf testing and automate
ingestion / clean up of perf test environment

Work hands-on as a performance test specialist to plan,
execute tests

Automate the overall performance testing of each
product/service and also overall performance test of the
integrated systems footprint
- Automate reporting of test results

Train members of the QA team at WeInvest to enable
performance testing on an ongoing basis
