Site Incharge – Turnkey Interior
Experience: 8–15 years
Industry: Turnkey Interior / Hotel Projects
Location: Mumbai + 5 Pan India
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete site execution for hotel turnkey interior projects.
- Coordinate with client, architect, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and
- timelines.
- Manage manpower, materials and daily site activities.
- Monitor quality, progress, productivity and site safety.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Project and Accounts teams.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to management
- Ensure proper coordination between all trades and subcontractors.
Preferred Candidate:
Strong experience in hotel interior/turnkey projects, excellent team-handlingand coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage large-scale siteoperations.
