Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
- Train junior chefs and kitchen helpers
- Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food cost control is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
