- Monitor critically ill patients and assess their condition continuously.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and life-support therapies.
- Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Recognize and respond quickly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures and provide specialized critical care.
- Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan treatment.
- Educate and support patients and their families about the patient's condition and care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols to reduce complications.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care while advocating for the needs and rights of critically ill patients.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,939.68 per month
