- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 5 years of professional experience in preparation of highway project estimates with Min. 3 years’ experience in Preparation of Bill of Quantities/estimates for Major highway projects costing Rs.100 Crore or above.
- Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
- Proficiency in construction software like AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and specialized takeoff/estimating software (e.g., CostX, Planswift).
- Conduct joint site measurements to verify actual work completed and approve periodic interim payment certificates for contractors and subcontractors.
- Draft Bill of Quantities (BOQs), prepare tender documents, and help evaluate contractor and subcontractor bids.
- Prepare accurate budget forecasts for labor, machinery, and material costs.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
