· Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos
· Capture property walkthroughs, client testimonials, promotional ads, and social media content
· Handle camera setup, lighting, and audio equipment
· Edit videos with effects, transitions, background music, subtitles, and color grading
· Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form promotional videos
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for content ideas
· Ensure brand consistency in all video outputs
· Manage and organize video files and archives
· Deliver projects within deadlines
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Media, Film, or related field (preferred)
· 2–4+ years of experience in videography and video editing
· Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and lighting techniques
· Proficiency in video editing software such as:
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o After Effects
o Final Cut Pro
o DaVinci Resolve
· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Canva is a plus)
· Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
