We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Architect to lead the architectural visualization, detailed drawing production, and site execution oversight for our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative interior concepts and technical architectural execution, working closely with our design team, project managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural layouts, spatial plans, and detailed working drawings (electrical, plumbing, tiling, and gypsum ceiling layouts).
- Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations and walkthroughs to present to clients.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers to integrate structural elements with interior aesthetics (e.g., custom cabinetry, structural modifications, layout optimizations).
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure design compliance, and resolve any technical execution challenges on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and up to our quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, material specifications, and measurement sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree/diploma in Interior Architecture.
- Experience: [Insert preference, e.g., 3–5 years] of proven experience working in an architectural or interior design firm.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/Vray/Lumion, or Revit. Strong hand-drafting or quick sketching skills are a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both detailed working drawings (GFC) and 3D visualization skills is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently interface with clients and manage site teams.
- Deep understanding of materials, construction methodologies, and local building codes in Kerala.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
