About the Role
We are looking for a highly ambitious and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Gold Coins Investment Products and Club Resort . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires someone who can build a high-performing sales team, generate new business opportunities, and consistently deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Gold Coins and Club Resort Memberships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure maximum productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct sales activities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor sales pipelines, track team performance, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality, memberships, luxury products, financial products, real estate, or direct sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in lead generation, closing high-value deals, and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
