Job Description: Operations & Marketing Executive We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Marketing Executive to support day-to-day business operations and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Coordinate with influencers, UGC creators, and external partners. * Follow up on pending tasks with agencies, freelancers, and team members. * Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and operational records. * Assist in social media operations and content coordination. * Handle routine administrative and operational tasks. * Support marketing campaigns and business activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (Freshers can apply). * Good communication skills in English and Telugu. * Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. * Organized, responsible, and good at follow-ups. * Interest in marketing and business operations. * Ability to work from the office in Mallampet, Hyderabad.
