Customer Support Executive (International Process)

We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives to join leading multinational organizations based in Bangalore. This role is designed for professionals committed to delivering exceptional service to an international client base. You will navigate a high-performance BPO environment, ensuring seamless customer experiences while representing globally recognized brands.
What You Will Do
- Be the Voice of the Brand: Act as the primary point of contact for international customers across voice, chat, or email channels.
- Solve Problems: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt, empathetic, and accurate solutions.
- Maintain Excellence: Consistently meet performance goals, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Scores, and productivity targets.
- Keep Things Organized: Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate: Escalate complex technical or account issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Stay Compliant: Adhere to all company policies and strict data security standards.
What You Bring to the Team
- Communication: Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal.
- Mindset: A strong customer-first approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, including rotational and night shifts.
- Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply! We also welcome experienced professionals with up to 12 years in BPO, Customer Support, or International Voice Processes.
- Bonus: Prior experience handling US, UK, or global customer accounts.
