About the Role:
You will perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with defined quality standards.
You will execute test plans and validate exam content by utilizing internal applications, XML/HTML-based tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting systems to identify, document, and track quality issues.
You will conduct comprehensive testing of exam functionality, navigation, scoring, and user experience, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and are ready for successful deployment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality concerns, provide detailed feedback, and support the timely resolution of defects while maintaining accurate project documentation.
You will manage assigned quality assurance activities by prioritizing tasks, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and process compliance. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments across different geographies
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eligibility Criteria :
Must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
Recent graduates or those with less than 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
Must be legally eligible to work in India.

Work Schedule
