Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Sales Assistant to support business development and sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. Candidates with experience in telesales, BPO, customer service, or inside sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and order processing.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and through email.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office .
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
