- Advanced Warehouse Management experience, including scanning (essential)
- Delivery experience across Distribution and Manufacturing environments
- A consultative approach and the ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Strong workshop facilitation and business analysis capability
- Broad functional knowledge across Supply Chain modules
- The ability to move between functional, technical, and stakeholder conversations with confidence
- Experience delivering training and creating clear, user-friendly documentation
- Energy, ownership, and a genuine focus on delivering outcomes
