Job Overview
The Senior SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and contributing to the expansion of the company’s presence in international markets. This is a client-facing role involving end-to-end sales execution, including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
We are looking for a result-oriented and data-driven sales professional with a strong SaaS background and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution & Revenue Generation
- Own individual sales targets and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Engage with decision-makers including CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
Account Management
- Manage and grow key client accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience.
- Share market feedback and insights to support product improvements and sales strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, and deal closures.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a startup environment.
