Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Academic Counselors. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive team performance to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and admissions.
- Track sales metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist team members in handling complex customer queries and closing admissions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Team Handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience in EdTech or educational sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
