We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth for our US Mortgage and Title Support Services division.
This role is specifically suited for professionals with prior experience in the US mortgage and title industry who possess a strong core sales background and understand how to build client relationships, pitch services, and close business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with US-based clients and capable of independently generating and managing business opportunities within the mortgage and title support sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within the US mortgage and title industry
- Identify and approach mortgage lenders, brokers, title agencies, escrow companies, and related businesses
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client meetings with US-based prospects
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable outsourcing and operational support solutions
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups, conversions, and account management
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory
- Prior experience in US Mortgage and/or Title Support Services is mandatory
- Strong core sales and business development experience is a must
- Candidates with only operational experience and no sales exposure will not be considered
- Strong understanding of mortgage processing, title operations, escrow coordination, post-closing, or related workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently handle business development activities and client acquisition
- Must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Preferred Profile

- Existing exposure to the US mortgage/title outsourcing industry
- Experience working with mortgage service providers, title companies, or outsourcing firms
- Confidence in pitching operational and back-office support services to US clients
- Strong networking and relationship management skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
