Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chess Coach to train students of different age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate should have strong chess knowledge, excellent teaching abilities, and a passion for developing young players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online/offline chess coaching sessions.
- Train beginners to advanced-level students.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice materials, and tournament strategies.
- Analyze games and provide constructive feedback.
- Motivate students to participate in tournaments and improve their ratings.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Chess Coach or Competitive Chess Player.
- Strong understanding of chess strategies, tactics, and endgames.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Preference for candidates with a recognized chess rating (FIDE/AICF) or coaching experience.
- Ability to work with children and adults.
Experience: 1–5+ Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Depending on experience and credentials)
