Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Create, update, and close support tickets while maintaining proper documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Assist users with password resets, account management, and system access.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues in line with service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Salary
- Freshers : Stipend during the training period.
- Experienced Candidates : Salary based on experience and technical skills.
