About Us
EkoMorph is the flagship sustainable packaging brand of Narnika Industries. We design and manufacture eco-friendly paper and bagasse packaging solutions for restaurants, hotels, cafés, food businesses, and other industries.
Our mission is simple: replace single-use plastic with sustainable packaging solutions that are better for businesses, people, and the environment.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & CorelDRAW Specialist who can take designs from concept to final production-ready artwork.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with strong CorelDRAW expertise to join our packaging design team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands not just graphic design, but also printing, packaging, dimensions, dielines, color requirements, artwork preparation, and production processes.
You will work closely with our founders, sales team, customers, and manufacturing team to develop packaging designs that are both creative and technically ready for production.
What You'll Do
- Design packaging for restaurants, hotels, cafés, food brands, and other businesses.
- Create print-ready artwork for paper, bagasse, cups, boxes, bags, containers, and other packaging products.
- Develop packaging layouts based on customer requirements, dimensions, dielines, and printing specifications.
- Create and modify designs primarily using CorelDRAW.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools when required.
- Convert customer logos, artwork, and branding into production-ready packaging designs.
- Prepare artwork according to printing and manufacturing requirements.
- Work with printing vendors and manufacturing teams to resolve artwork and production issues.
- Make design modifications and revisions based on customer feedback.
- Ensure correct dimensions, fonts, images, colors, bleeds, and other technical requirements before production.
- Develop creative concepts while maintaining the customer's existing brand identity.
- Create mockups and visual presentations to show customers how the final packaging will look.
- Maintain organized files, artwork versions, templates, and customer design records.
- Support the sales team with design requirements, samples, and customer presentations.
- Coordinate with production to ensure the approved artwork is correctly manufactured.
- Help build and maintain EkoMorph's library of packaging templates and design assets.

Customer logo → Packaging concept → Artwork → Dieline → Print-ready file → Production → Final product
You should be able to identify potential artwork or production problems before the design reaches manufacturing.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems, manage revisions, and take ownership of the final output.
