Job Summary
VRN INC. is looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized Office Administrator Executive to manage daily office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will handle office coordination, expense management, client arrangements, travel bookings, vendor coordination, and support the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative work
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Manage office expenses and maintain expense reports
- Book cabs, hotels, and travel arrangements for clients and management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Attend and assist walk-in clients professionally
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Support HR and management in routine office tasks
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
- Ensure smooth office functioning and office discipline
Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Emails
- Smart, presentable, and multitasking ability
- 0–3 years of experience in administration or office management preferred
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage
