Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems for various projects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs for automation projects.
- Handle commissioning, troubleshooting, and onsite support activities.
- Prepare electrical and automation documentation including IO lists, panel layouts, and functional descriptions.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams for smooth project execution.
- Support installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Analyze system issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical development within the team.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta or equivalent).
- Experience in HMI and SCADA development.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, etc.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and control schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in industrial automation projects and machine automation.
- Willingness to travel for site commissioning and support activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
