Job Title: ERP SCM Specialist – SAP to Oracle Fusion Migration

Role Summary
Looking for a seasoned ERP SCM Specialist to lead and execute the migration of Supply Chain processes from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role will be pivotal in transforming procurement, inventory, and logistics processes to support efficient healthcare operations across multiple hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Migration & Implementation
· Lead the SAP (MM/WM/SD) to Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud migration program.
· Manage complete ERP lifecycle:
· Requirement gathering
· Process design & solution blueprinting
· Data migration planning
· System testing (SIT/UAT)
· Go-live and stabilization
· Work closely with Oracle implementation partners and IT teams.
Supply Chain Process Transformation
· Analyze current SAP-based SCM processes and redesign them for Oracle Fusion leveraging best practices.
· Drive transformation across:
· Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
· Inventory & Warehouse Management
· Vendor Management
· Demand Planning & Procurement
· Logistics and Distribution
· Ensure process standardization across all hospital locations.
Inventory & Procurement Optimization
· Improve inventory visibility and optimize stock levels (medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, consumables).
· Define and implement efficient procurement frameworks and vendor collaboration models.
· Enable real-time tracking and reporting of inventory across facilities.
Data Migration & Integration
· Lead data migration strategy including:
· Master data cleansing (vendor, item, inventory)
. Mapping from SAP to Oracle Fusion
· validation and reconciliation
· Ensure seamless integration with:
. Finance systems
· Clinical systems
· Third-party applications
Stakeholder Management
· Engage with Supply Chain Heads, Hospital Admin teams, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
· Serve as a functional bridge between business users and ERP implementation partners.
· Drive change management and adoption across locations.
Governance & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with:
· Healthcare procurement regulations
· Internal audit and controls
· Define governance frameworks for SCM operations within ERP.
Training & Post-Go-live Support
· Conduct training sessions for procurement, stores, and warehouse teams.
· Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

SCM Functional Expertise
· Strong expertise in:

ERP Expertise
· Deep experience in SAP SCM modules (MM, WM, SD).
· Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
Experience in at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations, including migration projects.
Technical & Analytical Skills
· Understanding of:
· ERP integrations and middleware
· Data migration tools and processes
· Reporting & analytics tools (Oracle BI preferred)
· Ability to analyze supply chain data and drive insights.
Leadership & Project Management
· Proven ability to lead large transformation initiatives.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
· Certifications in Oracle Fusion SCM / SAP SCM modules (preferred)
· PMP / Prince2 certification (added advantage)
Preferred Experience
· Exposure to multi-location, high-volume procurement environments
· Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs
