Job Summary
The Fertility OT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Operation Theatre in the fertility center. The role ensures smooth coordination of IVF procedures, maintains OT sterility and infection control standards, supervises OT staff, and ensures high-quality patient care while complying with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the Fertility Operation Theatre.
- Coordinate and schedule IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, oocyte retrieval, and other fertility procedures.
- Ensure OT readiness, cleanliness, and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Monitor sterilization of instruments and proper maintenance of OT equipment.
- Supervise, guide, and train OT nurses and technicians.
- Coordinate with fertility consultants, embryologists, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the availability of surgical instruments, consumables, medications, and emergency equipment.
- Maintain OT documentation, patient records, inventory, and statutory registers.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, infection control, and quality standards.
- Monitor biomedical waste management as per hospital guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and ensure patient safety at all times.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage OT manpower effectively.
- Report equipment failures and coordinate preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
