Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about doctor schedules, hospital services, departments, and facilities.
- Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments with doctors or diagnostic services.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with different hospital departments for patient assistance.
- Maintain accurate patient call records in hospital management systems (HMS).
- Provide guidance on admission procedures, billing inquiries, and insurance information.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.
- Follow hospital communication protocols and quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
