- Set up and operate CNC machines such as VMC, CNC Turning, Milling, or Lathe machines
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings
- Select and install tools, fixtures, and machine attachments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
- Perform machine setting, offset adjustments, and tool calibration
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure product quality standards
- Monitor machining processes and troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain production records and machine reports
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures
- Coordinate with production and quality departments
- Minimize machine downtime and improve machining efficiency
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup
- Familiarity with G-Code and M-Code programming
- Understanding of machining processes and cutting tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and measuring instruments
- Experience using instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge
- Basic knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and quality control
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
