Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record of acquiring and managing Direct Clients for both IT and Non-IT staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should have established relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, HR leaders, and vendor management contacts, along with demonstrated success in generating staffing opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Direct Clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Vendor Managers.
- Generate contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, capability presentations, rate negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to account growth.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4–8 years of Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry.
- Proven experience acquiring Direct Clients for both IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Demonstrated success in generating staffing requirements and converting prospects into active accounts.
- Established relationships with client decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, client management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of achieving client acquisition and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
