HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, payment coordination, reconciliations, and finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience along with a basic understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end invoice processing and accounting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and account-related queries.
- Process payment entries, receipts, and accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up as required.
- Assist in GST and TDS compliance and documentation.
- Maintain records of invoices, payment documents, and financial data.
- Support monthly closing, reporting, and audit activities.

Qualifications
- B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance.
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Good working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
