Job Purpose:

We are seeking a System Engineer to join our fast-growing, collaborative team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-growth, innovative environment, contributing directly to technologies that are shaping the future of power electronics. This role is hands-on and technical, with end-to-end ownership from concept through production, and close collaboration with systems, devices, layout, and validation teams. This is a key technical expert position for engineers who have successfully taken power semiconductor devices and ICs into high-volume production and want to shape future architectures.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform Bench Characterization for new product developments, including bench automation, hardware design and develop test techniques, such as

Participate in new silicon testing from an application perspective to ensure robustness of the product (i.e. destructive testing)

Provide product recommendations, competitive position and analysis for customers

Design internal / external evaluation boards to support correlation and evaluation activities of new products

Train/Maintain the FAE team knowledgebase
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics design and applications.

Direct experience in high-voltage semiconductor testing and characterization is preferred.

Experience with power electronics schematic capture and PCB design.

Strong knowledge of GaN FETs, gate driver technologies

Experience with AI data center power systems is a plus.

Proficiency with SIMetrix and PLECS, MATLAB, and PCB design tools such as Altium or Cadence.

Hands-on experience in high-voltage lab environments and with LabVIEW automation.

Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
Basic
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Strong technical and debug skills

Hands-on experience in high-voltage power electronics and semiconductor applications
Preferred
- Proven experience in high-voltage semiconductor testing and characterization

Strong knowledge of power electronics topologies used in server and AI data center power systems.
