Location: Sowripalayam, Coimbatore
Position: Junior Executive
Department: Yarn Trading & Marketing
Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with Textile background and strong communication skills may also be considered)
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or any relevant degree
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Yarn Trading team in achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer follow-up records.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yarn products.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Assist in negotiating prices and commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate yarn sample development and testing based on customer requirements.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cotton yarn and textile industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in yarn trading, spinning mills, or textile marketing is preferred.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
