The CDP shall be responsible for overall production of the entire restaurant. He shall ensure that the food served is matching the guest’s expectations. Regular feedback from the guests shall be obtained to bring about the desirable changes in the menu. He shall be assisted by a team of Production staff. Ensure that the food cost, as specified by the Corporate Office, is maintained.
