Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and market research
- Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Prior Experience in beverage industry(PepsiCo, Cola) preferred
