Job Summary
Paisa 108 Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Onboarding Telecaller (KYC Executive) to manage the customer onboarding process by assisting applicants in completing their KYC verification and documentation. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, ensure accurate document collection, resolve customer queries, and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan onboarding while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing customers to initiate and complete the onboarding process.
- Guide customers through the KYC verification process and explain the required documentation.
- Follow up with customers to collect pending documents and information.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer KYC documents before submission.
- Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and Verification teams for timely processing of applications.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries related to onboarding, KYC, documentation, and application status.
- Ensure all KYC documents comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive documents.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and KYC completion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach during every customer interaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the Team Leader or Operations Manager whenever required.
- Maintain proper call logs, follow-up records, and daily activity reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling within the Financial Services, NBFC, FinTech, Loan Processing, or Customer Onboarding domain.
- Prior experience in customer onboarding, KYC verification, document collection, or loan processing is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, Email, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily and monthly targets.
