Fundraising & Investor Relationships
· Build strong relationships with investment bankers, financial institutions, banks, and advisors to raise funds for various business verticals
· Manage investor relationships post-fundraising through regular updates, business reports, and transparent communication
Financial Modeling & Deal Execution
· Develop comprehensive financial models (including CMA) for equity or debt fund raising: Bank Loans, NCD, FCCB, ECB
· Prepare deal documentation (information memoranda, pitch decks) and facilitate due diligence processes
· Analyse industry trends and competitor positioning to support fundraising strategy
Compliance & Debt Management
· Manage LIE (Legal Advisors) appointed by Financial Institutions
· Ensure all regulatory compliances and manage debt servicing for equity and financial institutions
Financial Operations & Reporting
· Work closely with Accounts Team for financial reporting, cash flow management, and finance docketing
· Identify improvements in financial and operational areas through data-driven analysis
Pay: ₹12,173.52 - ₹41,789.75 per month
