Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Smart Consultant for EV Vehicles to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding customers, explaining EV vehicle features, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist customers in selecting suitable EV vehicles based on their requirements
· Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and benefits
· Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives
· Generate and follow up on sales leads
· Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
· Support customers with financing and documentation processes
· Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
· Keep updated with the latest EV industry trends and product knowledge
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· Sales or customer service experience preferred
· Passion for electric vehicles and emerging technologies
· Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
· Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
