Job Summary:
One of our esteemed clients, a pioneer in sustainable daylighting and shading technology, is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the architecture, interior design, construction, construction chemicals, or related building materials industry. The role involves business development, client relationship management, market expansion, and promoting the company's products and solutions to industry professionals.
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In Person (Work from Office Only)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
- Generate leads and build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and promotional events.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing with any technical qualification, or
- Commerce Graduate with relevant industry experience.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience with companies in:
- Architecture
- Interior Design
- Construction
- Construction Chemicals
- Building Materials or allied industries
