Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – RMC Sales & Marketing to lead sales and business development activities for our RMC plants in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve RMC sales targets for Pune and surrounding areas.
- Generate new business from builders, contractors, infrastructure companies and project sites.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new projects, construction sites and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and close RMC orders.
- Coordinate with Plant, Dispatch, QA/QC and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market rates, competitors and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and regular sales reports.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in RMC Sales & Marketing or related construction/infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Pune construction and RMC market.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Strong network among builders, contractors and infrastructure companies will be preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas.
