Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Operations & QA Executive to handle manual testing, product quality checks, and day-to-day platform operations. The candidate will test product updates, identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure smooth releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and release testing.
- Test web and mobile products across devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, and track bugs.
- Retest fixes and validate product releases.
- Prepare and maintain test cases, QA checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with developers and Product/Technology teams for issue resolution.
- Support routine product/content updates and platform operations.
- Maintain records of bugs, testing activities, and releases.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in Manual QA, Software Testing, or Product Operations.
- Good knowledge of functional and regression testing.
- Experience in web/mobile testing.
- Strong bug reporting and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred:
Experience with e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, web products, or consumer-facing platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹220,139.30 - ₹350,448.17 per year
