Job Description:
Cityvibes is looking for a Shopify & Ecommerce Executive to manage our online store operations and product listings. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Shopify, Amazon etc ecommerce handling and online product management. Experience in fashion or retail ecommerce will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage products on Shopify, Amazon, and various online platforms
- Create and manage product listings including descriptions, pricing, sizes, and images
- Maintain product catalogue, stock, and inventory updates regularly
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, updated, and monitored online on a daily basis
- Coordinate order processing, packing, and ensure timely same-day pickup whenever possible
- Coordinate with delivery partners and vendors for smooth dispatch and shipment handling
- Work closely with internal teams for product updates, promotions, and online operations
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all ecommerce platforms
- Other Office Duties
Requirements:
- Basic to good knowledge of Shopify , Amazon and other online selling platforms
- Knowledge of ecommerce product listing and management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organized working style
- Experience in fashion/retail ecommerce preferred
