Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain inquiry and admission records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate online admissions and document collection.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
Required SkillsCommunication Skills
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette.
Computer Skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
Admission Incentive: ₹2,000 per successful admission
Example Earnings
- 5 Admissions = ₹15,000/month
- 10 Admissions = ₹25,000/month
- 15 Admissions = ₹35,000/month
