Workshop Supervision
- Supervise daily body shop operations and technician activities.
- Allocate repair jobs to denting, painting, and polishing technicians.
- Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Vehicle Inspection & Damage Assessment
- Inspect accident vehicles and assess repair requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for approvals and estimates.
- Ensure proper documentation of accidental repair jobs.
Quality Control
- Ensure all repairs meet company and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Monitor paint quality, panel alignment, finishing, and cleanliness.
Productivity & Efficiency
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and workshop resources.
- Monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
- Reduce rework and repair delays.
Customer Coordination
- Coordinate with service advisors and customers regarding repair status.
- Handle customer complaints related to body shop repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Inventory & Material Management
- Monitor usage of paints, consumables, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with spare parts department for availability.
- Control wastage of paint and materials.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Ensure safety procedures are followed inside the workshop.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the body shop.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, paints, and equipment.
Team Management
- Guide and train technicians on repair standards and new techniques.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the workshop.
- Conduct performance monitoring of staff.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily workshop and job progress reports.
- Maintain insurance and repair records.
- Report pending jobs and workshop performance to management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
