Job Title: CDP – North Indian Cuisine
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) – North Indian Cuisine to prepare high-quality North Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook North Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements.
- Minimise food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines.
- Support smooth kitchen operations and work effectively with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in North Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
