Are you passionate about digital growth, paid advertising, and data-driven marketing? Join our fast-growing, performance-focused team and work on scaling impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Work On:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Campaign optimization & A/B testing
- Performance tracking & reporting
- Budget monitoring & scaling campaigns
- Collaboration with creative, content, SEO & product teams
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 0.5 – 2 years of experience or inernship experience in digital marketing or paid media
✔ Basic understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
✔ Familiarity with CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC & conversion tracking
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience running live campaigns
- Understanding of marketing funnels & CRO
- Startup or high-growth environment exposure
