Team Lead – CRO Team
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Lead to lead our Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily team operations, monitoring performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the CRO team.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or team handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
