Key Responsibilities:
● Web & UI Design: Design clean, user-friendly web pages and interfaces that are both visually appealing and functional.
● Logo & Branding: Create original, eye-catching logos and visual identities for a variety of brands.
● Design Assets: Develop various design assets including: ○ Social media posts and stories ○ Flyers, brochures, and banners ○ UI components for websites and mobile apps ○ Email designs, display ads, and more
● Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, and clients to ensure designs align with brand goals.
● Feedback & Refinement: Accept constructive feedback and refine designs to meet project objectives.
● Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure modern and effective designs. Qualifications:
● 3–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic and web design.
● A strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, and UI/UX work.
● Proficiency in design tools such as: ○ Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ○ Figma (or similar design tools for UI work)
● Solid understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
● Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
● Bonus: Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics is a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
