We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Processes.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Finance.
- Additional certification in Accounting or Taxation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling accounting software and financial documentation.
- Candidates from manufacturing, plywood, laminate, building materials, or similar industries will be preferred.
