Recruitment Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements and job descriptions.
- Share quality candidate profiles with clients within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and SEO/search techniques.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documentation and KYC compliance.
- Explain job roles, salary structure, and negotiate compensation effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for assigned categories.
- Develop strong candidate relationships to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets.
- Possess basic knowledge of statutory compliances applicable to project sites.
- Analyze market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks for assigned positions.
- Minimize recruitment cycle delays and ensure timely closures.
- Present complete and accurate candidate information to clients for review.
Functional Skills
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and recruitment for engineering/project-based roles.
- Basic interviewing skills to assess technical competency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Behavioural Skills
- Take initiative and contribute to process improvements.
- Support senior recruiters and team members during high-volume hiring.
- Demonstrate strong execution skills and deliver within deadlines.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
