Senior Google Ads Manager (Remote - Full Time)
Rare Blue Moon Marketing is looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager to own, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns for our clients across multiple industries.
This is not an entry-level PPC role. We’re looking for someone who has managed significant ad spend, understands lead generation inside and out, and can prove their results.
Requirements

- 3+ detailed Google Ads case studies
- Screenshots showing campaign performance (before/after)
- Proof of results (CPL, ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc.)
- Experience managing at least $50,000/month in Google Ads spend (preferred)
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing Google Ads professionally
- Expert in Search campaigns (required)
- Strong experience with Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
- Local Service Ads experience is a plus
- Advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads
- Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms
- Landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Keyword research and competitive analysis
- Ability to identify issues quickly and proactively improve campaign performance
- Experience with lead generation campaigns (service businesses preferred)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Detail oriented and organized

Preferred experience with:
- Google Ads

- Google Tag Manager
- CallRail
- Looker Studio
- GoHighLevel
- Google Search Console
- Microsoft Ads (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Build new Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Optimize existing campaigns daily
- Lower cost per lead while increasing lead quality
- Improve Quality Scores
- Audit underperforming accounts
- Monitor budgets and pacing
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
- Work closely with designers, developers, and account managers
- Present performance updates internally
- Stay current on Google’s latest advertising updates
